I have been receiving calls from this number for several days now.  Since I have a Trac Phone I beleive that they sell the numbers so you will answer numerous times  to use up there ridiculous phone charges. I do not answer but do not know how to make it stop.  There are several that come up.  Now i am going to report them.

I receive a call from 443-550-7961 on a near daily basis. When I pick it up there's never anyone there. It shows up on my caller ID but nobody ever leaves a message. The caller ID lists that number as well as 8667904850NARS. I called the 866 number a couple weeks ago and was told that my name didn't show up but that my telephone number was attached to an account of one of my tenants. I was also told that my number would be removed. I told my tenant to call the number to straighten this out and when she did was told that her name was linked to another name (someone she didn't know) on that account. She was told that the matter would be taken care of. I TRUST my tenant and don't believe that this was any fault of hers. I thought that this could have even been any ID theft incident. Well, the calls kept coming. I called again today and spoke to an operator who told me she'd put a note on the account. I told her I wanted to speak to a supervisor because I felt "a note" wouldn't accomplish anything. I spoke to a supervisor named David (he only provided his last name after I asked him for it. I felt it only fair since he had my first and last names and home telephone number). Our conversation became somewhat heated especially since he told me the matter would be resolved (something I'd already heard), but that if I had any problems I should call him back directly. If the matter was going to be resolved, why would he even have to suggest I call him back? I told him that if there was a need to call him back it would be done by the police for telephone harassment. According to him, the company is called NARS and is based in St. Louis. He refused to tell me the nature of his company's business because he said it didn't pertain to me. I told him that is did pertain to me especially since I was receiving multiple phone calls from them on a daily basis. The supervisor I spoke to weeks ago told me that the company had multiple functions, including collections. I performed a Google search and found a company called National Asset Recovery Systems, Inc. in St. Louis. I called them and found out they were the company calling me. http://www.narsnet.com/Home.aspx  I spoke to a representative shortly after (800-732-6877) who told me that my number had been marked to be removed at the end of the business day. I've since blocked that number through my telephone company.

I just recieved a call from 443 550 7961 when I picked up there was some kinda creepy elevator music and noone ever came on the line....I waited 30 seconds and hung up......

Received a call fro NARS asking for someone that doesn't live here. I told them no one was here by that name and they said they would call back tomorrow!
I then said if they don't live here today - they won't live here tomorrow!
They asked for my address and I refused since I don't know who they are or what they want. They were not happy about that, but I stood my ground.

Anyway they are a collection agency out of St. Louis, MO

I keep get calls from this number and when i called back there was a recording stating they are diabetic surveyers doing a survey.

I, too, have been getting these calls multiple times a day. I've been sick & finally picked it up once yesterday. I heard a bunch of people in the background but nobody answered me directly when I said hello. I hung up. I came here to see what co. they're supposedly representing. Am going to deal w/ this once & for all! I can't take my phone ringing constantly but can't shut it off as I have a relative in a care facility who needs to be able to reach me 24/7! This constant harassment needs to be outlawed!

Multiple calls, no one there, etc.  I returned the call from the caller ID # and it's some type of diabetic survey that gives you the option of not being contacted further by pressing "1".  I have done so and will see how this goes...

This is one of several numbers that call my cell phone for reasons unknown to me.

I have started receiving calls from this number.  The first time it came in my caller ID showed the name "NARS".  When I googled the name, with a space between each letter, it came up as "National Asset Recovery Service".  This sounds like a credit agency.  Most of the calls come in during the day when I am gone.  This one came in on Saturday.  So the next time they call I will probably answer, if I am home.

I keep getting calls from those freaks at the 443-550-7961 I called it back since I am on a unlimited plan an it keeps saying thank you for calling diabetic surveyors  press 1 for english and 2 for jibberish then it says press 1 to be taken off the list press 1 it swears up n down your off the list sit on the line an don't press anything it hangs up on you.

I swear to god I am sick of these people calling I need more information and as soon as I can find it I am just going to sue them its a instant 2,500 in my bank account extra im tired of trying to reason with them.

Got a call from 442 55-7961.. caller ID said USA Health.  I did not answer. No message was left.  Called the number back and got a message.. They are Diabetic Surveyers wanting to do a survey.. they would call again later.. if I would like to be added to their Do Not Call list, press 1 now.. I did. I'm on the national do not call list. WHY do I need to  press one now ?

this number keeps calling and hanging up several times a day

They call me randomly for no reason all the time. Can't stand it anymore.

how do i get make this number stop calling me .

Been receiving several calls daily.  I do not answer calls that I am not familiar with. These calls haves started in the past 2 weeks.

I called the number back. Got automated answer. Press One for English. Another recording. Press One to be added to no call list. We'll see how that works out.

All these messages but no idea how to stop them?

These [***] will call you with a higher frequency if you ask them to stop calling ... and you can only do that on the EXTREMELY rare occasion that there is someone on the other end of the line.  Sometimes the ID shows "USA Health" and sometimes it says "Unidentified Caller" but in any case, calling it back will do you no good.  I suggest immediately reporting them to the FCC and to the Do Not Call Registry website ... then block their number if you have that option available.  If not, prepare for LOTS of unwanted calls.  If anyone discovers the company's address, please please please post it here.  There seem to be plenty of people looking to sue them.  Any attorneys out there could have a cash cow with a class action suit against these pricks.

This is the same I got. They called several times and no one said anything. They call this morning and it was a diabetic survey trying to sell services.
