Got a call from them. After a long silence there was apre-recorded message about debt consolidation. Message said to press 1 to speak with rep. I did to give them an earful but the call disconnected. I filed complaints with FCC and DoNotCall instead. You should do the same

Company to reduce credit card debt. Pushed 1 and actually got a real live idiot who wanted my zip code, last 4 digits of phone and 16 digit credit card number. So I went for the ride and gave all bogus numbers and of course he couldn't find my card but it's scary that he new where to look. Told him I had their number in the computer and they were a bogus company and take my number off the list and.........he quickly hung up.  What can really be done here?

Just got a call 3 minutes ago from 443-602-3717...the cell connection was terrible so I only gathered about every 5-6 words.  It was something about credit cards and locking in a lower rate???I think.  There was mention of needing $5000 to get started.  Hung up at that point and contacted Federal communications Commission and you.

Be VERY courteous with them. I checked this site while they were calling and pressed 1 like someone mentioned to do. He was nice because I was nice and quickly took my name off and told me to have a nice day.

Have been receiving calls from this "company" for a couple of years now. Same idiots, same scram, new number. This is a scam that claims to be from "Your Bank" and that will lower your credit card interest rate. Now, if it were my bank, they would know my name, address, and card number.

DO NOT give them bogus credit card numbers to play with them. You may just unintentionally  victimize someone else. If you have  a digital phone, or most cell phones, just block the number.
Sooner or later, law enforcement will catch up to the [***].......I hope.

You did the right thing, you gave them no useful information and you wasted their time which means they weren't bothering or ripping off anyone else during that time and that means less money at the end of their "work" day. I've wanted to do that too but so often I don't have the time or interest.

They just called here and I immediately answered and hung up. I do it nearly everyday when I see a number on my Caller ID that I don't recognize.

I disagree about the fake credit card concern, the numbers of credit cards are hard to randomly create or else they wouldn't need to call anyone, they could just run software and use an endless string of permutations to make false charges. Have you ever used a card over the phone and if just 1 digit was wrong, it wouldn't work? Additionally, all credit cards also have a security code on the back to safeguard them if anyone has the 16 digit card number.

I do agree that hopefully soon law enforcement will nab these people and I hope I read about it in the news so I can smile from ear to ear!

Got a call from 443-602-3717, I didn't answer the call because the name on the caller ID goes as follows: V23014502000502 which I thought was weird so I let the call go to voicemail and no one left a message. Fine with me, I just don't like this I'm on the do not call list, I don't know why I am getting these weird calls.

The recorded message, which was came up as a wireless caller, mentioned something about some bank trying to reach me regarding my credit file. It had to be bogus.

I received a call from 443-602-3717 and answered it. Nothing but dead air. Tried to call back and only got a busy signal. From what I can assume doing a google search few can attest to the fact that it's a "debt consolidation" company. Please consider this my formal complaint.
