SO IS IT FAKE AND IS IT TRYING TO TRAP ME IN SOME SOUGHT OF TRAP OR IS IT FOR REAL?

its a very common scam. they say u have won the money and ask u to contact them then they say the money will be sent to you once you hand over around 12-25 thousand to a certain account as tax or some similar false reason. if you do, well, you have just lost your money. just ignore them.
