Heute Fax-Spam erhalten, beworben wurde Aktie der "Skorpion Entertainment AG"

Received several spam faxes from Swiss Money Report without any caller ID. this number was given to "opt-out" from the list. My friend received the faxes too and sent a fax to the number to opt out and never received any other faxes from them. I`m still getting them as I didnt opt-out.However the stock recommendations in there are usually positive and it looks like you can make money with them ;-) but I`m very careful about that... ;-)

Habe heute wiederholt gemailt und expliziet weitere Zusendungen untersagt, anderenfalls ich Anzeige erstatten werde.
Vielleicht geht es ohne Polizei.

habe Montags gleiches getan, darauf hingewiesen dass Webung via Fax in Österreich strickt verboten ist, habe mit der Polizei kontakt aufgenommen und mit meinem Rechtsnwalt gedrohjt. Mal sehen ob jetzt Ruhe ist!

Verschickt Spam Nachrichten, die zum Kauf von Aktien auffordern ("Swiss Money Report"). Caller ID wird übertragen.

I'm in Belgium. Keep receiving faxes at night from Swiss Money Report. Already sent an email to fax@swissmoneyreport.net, without success. I'll try to send a fax. Their Web site also looks quite suspicious! If behavious continues I will report to the police!

Ich habe schon drei Faxe von Swiss MoneyReport ( Skorpion Entertaintman AG WKN: AOQ86U)bekommen und habe per E-Mail widersprochen, weis nicht was ich damit anfangen soll die kosten nur Geld und Zeit. Soll ich das bei der Polizei Melden oder anderswo?

Ich habe 3 verschiedene Fax Spams für "Skorpion Entertainment" erhalten. Jeweils einmal ohne Absender und einmal von 00447005980258.

Die Bundesnetzagentur sagt, sie hat "...keinerlei Saktionsmöglichkeiten bei Verstößen im Rahmen der Nutzung von Auslandsrufnummern." und "...unterdrückten Absenderkennung liegen in dem vorliegenden Fällen keine Anhaltspunkte dafür vor, dass das Fax... von einer Rufnummer gesendet wurde, die im deutschen Nummernraum geschaltet ist."

Da auf dem Fax "Swiss Money Report" steht, werde ich http://lauterkeit.ch/beschwerd.htm probieren.

i have had about 20 Fax vrom de moneyreport im am pist of dis the com at 2,30 in the morning and i have to go 5,30 if sombody coll ad 2,30 you can not sliep animore.

This number seems to be from Swiss Money Report.net They faxed our Bed and Breakfast at 6:51 on Bank Holiday Sunday. They will not persuade people to use their services if they wake paying guests early on a national holiday. Sorry for this poor translation:
