I just got the same email. He asked about 4 rooms and 15 nights. I would assume if I continued the conversation, he would do the same thing he did with everyone else. Be cautious and avoid this email. I recompensed reporting it to the FTC like I did.

Yes    he wanted a 13 night  booking in April for Our ski Lodge
he used the following contact numbers

and wanted to split the cost across 2 credit cards
 HE IS A SCAMMER
 I became suspicious of  his evasive email
 and then googled him
thank  goodness for GOOGLE

Someone from the phone number +447045728395 called a motel - in Australia using my credit card number. It is with Fraud squad. From reading this site it looks like what they do is make up 2 similar credit card numbers and book accomodation. If one of more of the numbers happen to work - then they know they are onto a REAL credit card number that they can then use elsewhere. They probably have no intention of ever turning up at the accommodation they book at. I rang the actual phone number and someone answered but wouldn't give their name.

Oh - I found out that what they often do is ring back and cancel and ask that the refund be credited to a different account - so then they get money they never had.

Also - the first part of the number  +44 70 is used to 'redirect' to another hidden number that can be anywhere in the world so you think the number is in the UK but it could then be redirected to another number in Nigeria for example
