These people call and threaten me daily with turning me into the police.  They say that I have a payday loan that I never paid and they tell me that they are going to turn me over to the law enforcement in this area and have me arrested at work.  I asked for details because I don't have a payday loan but they refuse to give me any information.  They just keep telling me that I am in trouble.  They won't give me the name of the company they are calling from or a name but he has an Indian accent and he states that he is with an attorney's office.

mine is same as above. I finally told them to give me a number for my attorney to call them. they hung up. so now, every time I answer attorneys office and they hang up.

I got the same thing.  I guess I will now answer attorneys office and see what happens.  I have no idea what they are talking about!!!

I got threat too. I told them the fcc and the fbi were investigating this number and they hung up on me

I have received about 40 calls today.....The 1st one at 6 am.  I stopped answering as I see every # that has called is tied to a scam.    I went throug MONTEL WILLIAMS network for a short term payday loan.  NEVER AGAIN!!!!  I will go without before dealing with these scams.  On top of it...I just watched the movie Identity Theif. LOL

I have the following message on my answering machine.  "You have reached this voice mail, leave a message if you want.  All voice mails left will be reviewed for legal purposes."   I do not have our name or phone number in the message.  I no longer get left these threatening messages.  And if I do, I have a copy of the threats to turn over for any legal action that can be taken.  And I do not answer calls that I do not know who they are from.  Hope this works for anyone that wants to try it.

Id Caller reads: "Silver Benefits" A female voice allegedly named Chris says she was calling for ROAD TO RECOVERY and claimed I "filed a complaint about an online dating scam loop". The caller IS THE SCAMMER. I don't use any online dating, filed no complaints. I told her she was a scammer and to get the "F" off my line! I then dialed *69 to access the number and then I performed a call trace, this being the 2nd scam call from a similar sounding source. Someone in Oregon must be using unassigned phone numbers from the local phone company (possibly an inside job). I had one, more dangerous sounding person a couple of months ago who repeatedly called bullying me and I sent all that info to the FBI site.

After these jokers calling me and not leaving a message for over 6x
I finally called them back and inquired why they keep calling and hanging up on a secure line for a Federal Agent? after hearing her gasp for air I informed her if they do not quit calling and bugging me I will hunt them down and I do have the resources to do so....
isn't it bad enough we have to dodge these jokers via email now we can't even be left alond on our phones???

I have received a call from this number 6 times now in the last hour. They left no messages any of these times. The caller I. D says it is a number from Eugene OR.

Calling my 12 year old daughters phone over and over looking for somebody.....she has had her number for almost 2 yers and they won't stop

I get calls all day from this number until 9:00 at night. I asked them several times to stop calling me. The caller has an indian accent.

This number and several others connected with this number called me all day yesterday asking for a Kimberly claiming I got a loan with them and have not paid it. I told them multiple times that they had the wrong number and they would simply hang up then call back a short time later. They have also called me multiple times today now claiming they are with Road to Recovery claiming I have many outstanding payday loans. I have had this number for over 10 years now. They literally just called me from an UNKNOWN I answered they again asked for Kimberly. I said this is she to try to get more information however I could not understand due to his accent. I asked to speak to a supervisor he stated that he was unavailable and then hung up. I also previously had a female asked if I wanted to be removed from their call list and I said yes and she said thank you have a nice day. This is ridiculous. I am on the do not call list can anything be done about them?

This number and about 50 others spam my phone all day every day. I finally downloaded an app to block numbers so my phone doesn't ring anymore when they call. The app just tells me how many times each number has been blocked. It's great since I use my phone as an alarm. I no longer get woken up early by spam calls

same number calls me ,they even calls late at night when it's my bedtime!!

constant threatening phone calls, this is a scam. Local police have been notified.

I keep recieving these calls also and they said they are going to have the police come to my place of work and my home if i am not at work . Is there any way i can report these calls? Does anyone know how to make them stop? They are saying i have a payday loan and the company has pressed charges on me and i need an attorney. But i don't have any payday loans. They are saying they are with a law firm. Any info please comment.

Here is a hypothetical situation.
Call them and ask for someone, act as though you are a collection agent. Be rude but don't cross the line. No profanity, stay calm and keep asking for the same fictitious person. Say that the person gave you their number as a contact number. Get creative but always remain calm and no profanity.

After a few dozen practice calls you'll be really good and that's when the real fun starts.

These people are Road To Recovery and are a rip off loan company. They will take your money and say they will help you negotiate a fair pay off for your pay day loan,

they call and call and call from different numbers too. I let it go to voice mail but most of the time they don't leave a message. If I happen to answer nobody talks or they hang up on my face. I'm so annoyed.

I got a call and called back and they answered tax debt relief. I told them I didnt have tax debt they said how bout student loans and I said no then asked if i had any outstanding loans when I replied no he said impossible and hung up in  my face.
