asked for first name, then hung up.  refused any info

Got a call from this number. VM also said that his name was Dan and he was following up on a service request from me on 10/4 and that I spoke with his colleague named Latoya. Have no idea what they are referring to. Definitely did not make any service requests at all or phone calls to any company on that date. He did not provide a call back number.

I received a call on my cell phone from this Dan and he said I made a service call with Joann on August 17, I didn't make a call and he didn't leave a number to call back. Strange if I wanted service and they didn't call back in the last week, I would have called someone else!

Same crap, unsolicited call.  Said his name was Dan following up on service call from one of his companites.

I received a call on my cell phone from this Dan and he said I made a service call on Sept 4 and talked to Kathrine, I didn't make a call and he didn't leave a number to call back. After reading these other posts I am not calling back since I never made the call in the first place.

I called the number and its not and active # so its clearly a scam.  left me a message saying his name is Dan and that he is following up on a request and that I spoke to his colleague name Alyssa which is not true at all.

its not a scam. took me a while to figure it out.  Employee Assistance Program. The reason they don't give information is because it's regarding counseling, which is Protected Health Information.
you may have reached out for some counseling.
I'm surprised Dan still works there. I just got the call today.

YUP EAP follow up!  NOT A SCAM - HIPPA required

Same call, same story. Dan calling in reference to a service request from 1/24/14...Looks like the same thing has bee circulating for YEARS. How is that possible?

This is an EAP followup call as above post states.  Not a scam.

yes this is a EAP (Employee Assistance Program/aka "counseling") yes I put that call in due to my mother-in-law moving in with us. It's a legit call.

It was Dan calling  saying I spoke to someone named ____ on the 28th. After looking at this I see it's legit from EAP. I also am surprised Dan still works there . . .

I received a call from a Dan stating that I had a service request put in on 6/9, which I did not and he did not leave a number to call back to.

Legitimate call from EAP.

They don't give specifics or a callback number due to privacy concerns.
