got a call about my car payment being late

would like to know who this is calling my cell phone

I need to know who is calling my cell phone number before i bother to answe them.

Who is calling me?

I received a call about a delinquent payment.  It was my first payment which was recd. by Capital One Finance on 3/27/08.  The due date was 4/1/08.  The caller found this out while we were on the phone and said he would adjust my account accordingly.  So check your facts before calling next time.

Missed a call from this number, no message. I went online and everything shows it is from Capital One Auto Finance, but I have one car I bought privately and have never had an auto loan through them so not sure why they are calling me.

I have been receiving calls from  "Kindhearts" requesting donations,  $5  to  $100.  I do have that kind of money.  Please stop calling.

Re: 469-241-7000 This is Capitol One Auto Finance. If someone you know has ever used your phone to make a payment, They will keep it in their system and call you anytime a payment is late. They are beyond harrassing.

I have been getting a call from this number for the past three days around the same time every morning and they never leave a message! And just now again as I'm typing the message!

I bought a new vehicle in Aug. 2010, but my loan is through Wells Fargo. I have no clue why capital One is calling me everyday. Sometimes 4-5 times a day. I refuse to answer their calls if they won't identify themselves or leave a voice message. Very annoying!

I am getting calls more than 2x's a day. Guys this is considered harassment I believe. Especially when the calls make you loose a job.

This # keeps calling non-stop but will not leave a vm.  Leave a vm & I will call you back.  I will not answer cell phone at work or when I have fallen asleep for the night.  Jeez, Almighty!!!!  If you're legite then leave a frickin vm!!!!

This number just called me twice within six minutes.  They didn't leave a message.  If you want me to return your call I suggest leaving a message.

It says "Cap 1Auto Fin"

Called me 3 times within two minutes and left two voicemail messages. One the audio was complete indistinguishable. In the second voicemail I could hear.

I keep getting calls from this number, and just financed a vehicle through them 5 days ago.  I answer, and get an automated recording to call them back.  I hope this is not going to be the way it is for the next 72 months!

Capitol Auto Finance called cell and did not leave message.
I called that number back but I refuse to put in the last 4-digits of my social because I have no accounts with any auto finance company/bank.  I wish there was an option to hit "O" for operator or for a live customer service rep. so I can find out if someone used my number to file for a loan.  Not happy about getting calls I don't recognize on my phone to begin with.  I never answer them but it's annoying not to be able to do anything about getting your number removed from their computer dial mistakes.
