- M| 1 replyIts REDC working for B of A. Harassing nonstop calls about a house that was discharged in bk 6 months ago. Time to call the lawyer and report them!
- Caller: REDC default solutions
- davidcalled my cell
- BobCalls my cell several times and leaves no message. From others statement, I can identify with their statements... Something shady in them asking me to do a deed in Lieu while on the other end I am attempting a short sale... sign the paper now! REDC is supposed to be hadling the HAFA program for shortsales for B of A. When I call them back, they have no idea why they called as they think it was automated???? I am aware of who they are as I have talked to them previously about the HAFA relocation assistance program. It seems that B of A and REDC have no clue what they are doing in regards to these housing bailout programs...

- Dan replies to ginette| 2 repliesCalled BoA @ their actual number - 800.669.6607, asked who "REDC Default Solutions" were and what they were doing with my BoA LOAN NUMBER and amount of mortgage principle. Been receiving calls and correspondance from them for 3 months following settling my BoA mortgage.
BoA told me they were in NO WAY affiliated with BoA and that I should sign nothing, agree to anything, etc, and tell them to STOP CONTACTING ME. Done this twice already, yet the letters still come- Latest one saying we had 30 days to "confirm debt" or they would begin "foreclosure proceedings".
Caveat emptor. - RobnJule| 2 repliesWarning!! This company "Real Estate Disposition" is 100% fraud. Do not contact - do not call - do not speak with them. They are attempting to access personal information and sell your property as part of a list provided by Bank of America that states you are behind in your mortgage. This company is not legitimate. BOFA is the problem here. Check out "Class Action Suits" online - add your name to the suits being brought against this company
- Call type: Telemarketer
- LiliThey don't leave message. Who are they looking for?
- MIS| 1 replyThis whole process is utterly confusing to me.. Obviously this is the 1st time we have ever done the "letting the house go"... No one was willing to work with us. So we made our decision and there is no going back now. I am getting sick of these calls tho. Different opinions on the internet sites when u look up phone nbrs and who is calling and u get mixed info.. R they involved with BOA? R they someone different? Is it fraud? We got a paper stating we had 90 days. Has anyone else had that?
- Caller: REAL ESTATE DIS
- Sue Nugent| 1 replyI do not answer numbers I don't know on my cell phone. This number calls me repeatedly.
- Julie replies to Dan| 1 replyThat is a lie!
Bof A is working with REDC. REDC is a third party vendor for BofA. They hired them to handle the HAFA short sales, and the Deed in Lieu loans for Bof A. I went through with a DIL with REDC and it was great. Now I dont have to go through foreclosure. - Julie replies to RobnJule| 1 replyTHAT IS A LIE!
REDC is a legit company. They are a third party vendor for Bank of America. No Fraud at all!
I did my deed in lieu with them and they are great!
Saved me from Foreclosure. - Julie replies to Sue NugentSue- If you are behind in your payments, and Bank of America is threatening to Foreclose on you. You might want to take their call. They can help you avoid foreclosure.
- rita replies to JulieJulie,
After going through the DIL process with BoA since March, I was just told REDC was handling it now. So, I am very relieved to read your comments. I have to begin the entire process again. Any information you'd like to share about your process with REDC would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
