Got a call from this # at 8:37 this morning and again at 11:28.  Called and found out it's from West Asset Management regarding persond matters that the operator would not discuss as I refused to tell her my home phone # that her co. dialed.  Asked  her where co. got list of phone # and she would not disclose. Further internet search shows co. is a debt collection agency. My husband and I have never received any collection letter and we don't have overdue bills/loans.  I consider this  harassment.  Isn't the burden of proof is on the collector that the phone# holder is the debtor before the phone list is compiled?
