Hilarious, the man from India said he is sending the local police to my door to arrest me.

Claimed to be from the IRS and that I had not filed a tax return, He spoke very poor English,had to be a fraud so I wasted as much time as he had as I figure that tie is his only commodity.  Finally when I wouldn't supply him with any information he just hung up  .

I've had 2 voicemails today.  I reported them to the real IRS and FTC.  And I called the number they left, and it was a man speaking broken English.  Jerks who prey on innocent people!

Got the same call.....I gave them a fake name and they claimed they had my file in front of them. Told me I had to pay over $1,190.00 or they would arrest me. They also claimed I would be sued and have my drivers license taken away......

Received an automated voice call stating that the IRS is suing me and to call this number. I happen to have received an actual letter from the IRS recently so they got very lucky stumbling upon my number. I called the number right away, totally worried. A man with a veery heavy Indian accent says, Hello. I said, Hello? He said, yes hello ma'am, how are you? I said, is this the IRS? He said, yes ma'am how are you doing today?

Very weird and conversational, he tells me his (fake) name and Fed ID badge number. Tells me that i am being sued by the IRS for the year 2011-2012. (just so happens i had a baby two months earlier and didn't work that entire year.) It seemed very fishy, but when i got testy with him and pushed back, he totally backed down and told me the lawsuit was suspended.

If only the real IRS could be handled the same way!

Threatened to arrest me for an IRS issue......I have not worked in years. I file no tax returns...The Indian accented person got mad and said that a Sheriff would be sent to arrest me soon. I told him I look forward to it,
.He then said my drivers license would be taken from me. Told him i am not old enough to drive. I am 14....He really got mad and said he would call child services on my parents....LMAO....I love screwing with scammers....No matter what you tell these idiots, they always try to scare you into paying them....

Complete scam....claimed to be from the IRS .....said the IRS was about to file a lawsuit against me for unpaid taxes in 2013....told Patel I look forward to receiving it....then he said that I would be arrested at my home if the matter wasn't taken care of immediately.........told Patel I look forward to that also......I asked Patel to stay on the line a little longer so that I could pinpoint his location in Texas.......Patel got a little hot......told him I was an attorney that actually worked for the IRS.....Patel hung up......total scam trying to prey on the weak and uninformed

They left a message in digital voice saying the irs was filing a law suit against me......scamm from the get go...when i tried to call back it was a fast busy -- i was so looking forward to letting them know my name was kermit frog and i was going to waste their time....but my fun was cut short....
