Got my new phone number 4 days ago...they have called every day, not leaving a msg. So I called them, talked to "Henry". They wanted the phone number they were calling..I gave it to them. Wanted to know who they were leaving a msg for, I told them no msgs. They then asked my name, I said that's not important. He didn't say anything for a while, then just said "Okay, thank you" and hung up.

I told them several times there is nobdy here named "Rose" and don't call again. They are not listening. They are calling again and again everyday asking for the same name "Rose".
I Don't know where to reort this issue.

They called for me (by name) but didn't say why.

When I called back and asked what the deal was, they said that someone had applied for a loan and I was a refernce but they claim that if I couldn't tell them the name of the person who applied they couldn't tell me who it was.

The just noticed two missed calls. I didn't recognize the number, so I used a land line to call back. Just an automated recording, "push one for english", etc. There was no answer after a 15 mintues wait.

The lady called me (by name), saying that she was from Drive Financial in Mississippi and that a young man...whom I want mention, had given her my number as an emergency contact...when I let her know that I'm in Texas, she seemed a little shocked and stated to me that she would remove all of my personal information from theire data base. Little does she know that I am a government employee and this already in the process of being tracked.

Lady calls me every week looking for at "Whitney" saying that she left me as a reference on her loan.  I keep telling her I know no "Whitney" and to take my name off of the loan, but they keep calling every month.  Looks like someone didn't do their job to begin with and now they are looking for someone to put it off on.  Well it is not going to be me, I am contacting a lawyer.

Received numerous call. Supposedly I owe something about a 2005 Dodge Vehicle. Don't own one and my 2001 truck is already paid for. When I catch the SOB who used my ID. Hell will be a better option!!!

I get between 8 to 10 calls a day on my cell phone. aparently someone listed my name and # as a refference and they are looking to repossess their car. I keep telling them I don't know who their talking about and to remove myv # from their data base but. they don't listen.

Same story.....I'm getting incessant phone calls on a business cell phone.  If anyone knows what governemental agency would regulate a company like
Drive Financial, please post.  What a waste of my time....and (ironically) theirs!!!

I have been getting a call from this number at work everyday for the last three weeks. They ask by name for someone who doesn't work here any more. I have asked several times for them to remove the number from their list and stop calling me, several of the operators have said that they would, but they still call.

i get calls from this number throughout the day,like hell where are these numbers coming from,its just plan stupid bothering people while at work or trying to relax at home and the weekend.don't they ever get mother*^&%^% tired of doing this sort of job.from what i've read its drive financial.give the people a chance they will make there payments quit bugging the hell out the them

Call your cell company and have the number blocked.  I had to do it for another annoyance call.

Drive Financial.  They make car loans to people with bad credit, and then when the people with bad credit don't pay on time (shocking), they hound the bejeezus out of them until they get their money.  They typically call 7-8 times a day until they get their payment - and sadly, their 10day mail-in payment processing time means that they continue calling long after the check makes it to some drooling idiot's desk to (endlessly) await processing.  Once started calling me incessently at work because I was a week after my due date-- my boss told them that it was against company policy for me to take personal calls at work, and they were very rude to her and continued to call, which put me in a pretty poor light.  Here's a tip: if you need to get financed through Drive, you really shouldn't be buying that car.  You can't afford it, you don't deserve it, and they know it and treat you that way.  Save your money, fix your credit, and buy something more practical.
