Calls a couple times a week.

Yea calls constantly. I never answer because they will always try to start of with "congratulations....."

Continuous calls yet they don't leave any voice messages and when I try to call it back it's out of service. Very annoying..

I get these calls from robo machines all the time.  I set up a contact in my phone as a scam and give it no ringtone.  Never bother me again.  You cant stop these calls.  "Ve har callink far you to be pleasing us for myself to be in position for my speaking.  No No NO.  I vill not ber self taking myself to be givink you data.

Jus reply as follow:  "Three times I am asking you for calling, four times I am telling me no.  Screw me, I quite!"  These habibs are in Bangalor in a sweat shop smiling and dialing.  Selling the numbers which actually answer with a live body.  Just dont pick up if you do not know the number.
