I wish they would stop calling me.

Calling for the wrong person, I asked kindly to remove my number off the list. And they still keep calling me. Isnt that illegal?

His name is Lee Howard. He is A scumbag collection agent that uses Illegal and unecthical collection methods such as intimidation and bullying. Start calling him and give him a dose of his own medicine.

They keep caling my phone and asking for a person I don't know I have asked them to remove my number but Noooooo  they keep calling it .  Isn't this harassment?  What a bunch of crap No name comes across on the caller id but I think from looking at other posts that it is a debt collector of some sort

They identified themselves as the IRS. I fortunately recorded the call. Ethics? Im not sure this agency understands what that means. They will.

Stop calling me, weirdos. And quit being so rude -- that makes you even MORE sketchy!

These people are extremely deceptive and call on different numbers.  They are calling for someone I know, but they keep calling me at my job on my cell phone.  They try to come off as being lawyers and throw around case file and lawyers, etc.  I'm going to see if the Texas Attorney General can do something about this.  I cannot seem to get the name of the agency, so I'm working on that now.  When I do..........

Nuisance caller is the only way to put it. Stupid idiot call centre bugging people and it is not worth speaking to them for one second. Don't believe a word they say, just hang up. If you get a call and the only numbers you see are 0501, it is the same people!

Is it legal for a collections employee to call any number before 8am?  I qm repeatedly called prior to 8. This guy sounds like he's been doing his schtick for many years and should be familiar with the law.  He will not disclose his company's name or his own. He uses the name of an old rock star for his cover.  I wonder if he wears a ski mask when he dials..
