Michael with "Commercial Recovery Systems Inc" or "CRS" in Plano, TX. He will try to bully you into giving him your bank information to settle an old debt. Mine is a repossession from five years ago, which is past the statue of limitations in Texas (which is 4 years). He will threaten to sue as well as lien your bank accounts. He also claims to already have your bank account information. These people are bad. Google the company and you will find several bad reviews and lawsuits against them. I asked him to send me a letter validating the debt and he refused!! I have contacted an attorney about this comapny already. They are awful.
