these people will not give up they call at least 7 times a day about a merchant services acount

I am on a do not call list.  They call anyway

They call 5 or 6 times per day and ask for my boss by first name (he is very rarely here) I ask if he would like to leave a message and he says no he will try back, this has been going on for the past 2 weeks!  Today my boss was here when he called, I put him on hold and when my boss got on the phone he had hung up!  I tried to call the number back and it says all circuits are busy!  I am sick of this [***]!!!!!!!!

Annoying as hel.!  These people don't stop!

It's a tetemarketing firm selling credit card processors for a smart phone. I called them back and asked to be taken off the call list. They were very nice.

I have blocked this number, also called the number, pressed 1 and left a message that they are in violation of the do not call list and may be sued for the violation.  

This is very common with telemarketers. They try to get past the receptionist by asking for the boss by their first name, making it sound casual like they're a buddy of his. Our receptionist goes through the spiel - which usually works, but not always:
- She asks their name. They usually give only a first name, likely fake.
- She asks for a last name. They give one, you can bet it's fake too.
- She asks if he is expecting the call. No.
- She asks what's in regard to. They say whatever -- and 9 times out of 10 it's "about your merchant services account".

At which point we hang up the phone and add the number to our blocking device.

This number keeps calling and won't leave a message!

They've called me 3 times in less than 30 minutes
Really makes me mad because it's my office and I've complain to the supervisor and asked repeatedly to do not call
