- PJBeen getting calls from this number. My caller ID says its from ATT CAM TEST PV(U) *** Cant see the rest since it is cut off from my caller ID. From the research I found it belongs to: Clifton MccoyClifton McCoy 4698344505,469-834-4505 2417 Finley Road 75062, Irving (TX). Other research from 1-800-Notes.com says they are saying you qualify for a grant but you must pay $3.00. It is a scam.

- virginiaI got a call from them yesterday and he was from some other country,very deep accent,he said I had been granted the government grant that I applied for,I told him I didn't ever remember filling out anything,I ask hem to mail me the papers and I would get them filled out because I had a hard time hearing him,i said I always had difficulty hearing on the phone.
the number he called from is 4698344505,they called again today 9-11-2015 same #,really think it's a scam,I won't answer that number again.hope this helps someone else
