I had same number called me claims their processor that I have criminal fraud charges against me and request I need to pay or there be a warrant as we speak being filed in my state court. Either wire payment or be near computer so they take credit card payment send link. I called my court so far no charges were file one thing is they had a lot of my personal info got hold of family members calling them telling to tell me I need to get hold or have warrant issue gave information out to them.thing gets me why was I never issue a court date to answer charges?

I received from unknown company claiming a processor that I had a fraud criminal charges being file in my state court at certain time unless I resolve voluntary they can stop for warrant being issued if I pay the fine from a loan I took out online. That I wire the money once I had the money they give info or if credit card I needed to be near computer to send link. They had a lot of personal info and called family members giving out this info telling I had warrant if I don't call them. Asking my family member for my personal info.  One thing I never received any collection notice or court documents to these charges. Don't know if their legit I called my county court to see if anything was on doc to be present for charges they showed nothing at time.

i had the same number 5699195785 saying i had criminal charges against me to and demanding money claiming that they were a processor and that i would have criminal charges filed against me if i did not pay for a payday loan debit online they       also called my job

Yes they called family members saying if I don't call them today warrant will be filed today for a online loan wired to my bank they had my bank name my last four digits of social my address also knew filed bankruptcy. Told I had to make payment. Do u remember name gave you I had Mrs graham and spoke to Mr levin

This company phoned my bff this morning at 8:20am with the same threats as above. They phoned numerous of family members stating that she was to be arrested if she didn't wire the proposed money before 12 noon. A complaint was made with Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Labor Finance and Consumers.  This will be escalated to the District Attorney and State Police for further investigation.

This company called me regarding my ex-husband who apparently has 2 formal allegations with the state of Louisiana.  I am to call them back because he listed me as an emergency contact.  

#1. When I called this number back, it is in Texas.  Why isn't it Louisiana?
#2. I have had absolutely no contact with my ex-husband for 7 years.  There is no way I would be an emergency contact.

This number called my sister in law about "pending allegations" and I needed to call them within 10 days. They also said they were from the state of Utah, which didn't make sense because of the area code. I'm glad I found this page so I know I'm not the only one.

They said they were legal research company and her name was Mrs. Blake. They were trying to get information about my family. Said one of them was going to jail. THIS IS A SCAM. PEOPLE.

They've called everyone from my Mother's contact list. Claiming that she had fraud charges against her and that if they didn't hear from her within the next 2 hours that they'd issue warrants to pick her up and jail her. They are fraudsters. They claim to be from a company called legal processing. How can a person with no checking account have check fraud claims against them. She said her name is Taylor Lakes. Calling from Texas but processing for warrants in Louisiana. I

I called back after this number called my father in law claiming that my husband was to be arrested for criminal charges from 2010. I was not as nice as you all were however and demanded the company name, her name and her supervisors name. She said the company name is LRG, but answered the phone as "Processing" everyone there is referred to miss? Even her supervisor,  I called her bull and was hung up on. How professional,  no account number, nothing and was able to tell me it was criminal charges. This is a very obvious SCAM!

Received a call from this number. Requesting information on a family member. Caller "Miss Lakes" stated she was calling from Maryland and needed to obtain information to avoid prosecution of my family member. Reverse look-up showed number origaniated in Dallas TX. I have submitted a complaint/statement to Attorney General. Beaware this is a fraudulent caller/company. A felony and will be prosecuted.

My sister's inlaw mother inlaw recieved a call from this company looking for me for check fraud and I was told by Mr. Levine that I had to $888.50 by March 3 at 2 p.m. or a warrent would be issued for my arrest. According to them this is 4 years old, why are they just now letting me know about this when I told him I did not know anything about this he was rude and would not let me make payments said I had to pay in full.

Ok. I feel so much better. They called me too. I'm in Mich. Same people lakes and Levine. Wow. Said I owe 957.00. Must be paid for by one pm.  I told them I don't have any money and they swear I can apply for a hardship. This I'd when I got to speak with Levine. Something told me to research this. I'm going to take my chances on this. Smdh

They called about my sister's "felony charges". I knew it was a scam so I asked them how it felt to steal money for a living. They got very hostile with me and hung up. I called back several times just to annoy them, they told me to " maybe get a date and a [***]". Lolz. I reported them to the PD.

This is a identity theft ring, because they gave me the same threatening pitch.....  And I don't do crime of any type....! If they ever get caught, I'm pressing charges for real....!
