    I received a call from 470-217-5871 at 10:20 on Saturday morning, January 10th with a female computer voice telling me I could win free something or other.  I hung up and immediately called the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY and reported them.  I live in the Atlanta, GA area and this number is apparently a new area code for my area.

    The phone companies and the scammers are in cahoots with each other.  They both make money from every call placed.
    These calls will never stop until the phone companies are forced,  or until it costs them  money.
