Diversified Consultants...collections for AT&T among others. AT&T could no longer support internet on the very expensive device I got from them. When I called to ask what was up with the internet, they claimed it must be the towers in my area. Long story short, I was finally forced to go with satellite for internet and AT&T decided to charge me $338 in early termination fees. When I complained in writing that THEY effectively terminated ME, they ignored my letter and apparently turned me over to these clowns who call at all hours and never leave messages. Needless to say there is no way in h*ll they will ever collect. Just another reason why AT&T is one of the most despised companies in the country. Rant over.

I too had overly expensive service with AT&T I changed to another provider that was running a promotion to close old accounts and pay off your months bill. Apparently they didn't and now these morons are calling me. They aren't getting a dime from me since my father is dying and Im not working to take care of him.
