Keep getting calls from this #. Most recently 8:15 AM EST. This is outside of normal telemarketing hours. The # says its in Phoenix AZ, what could they be doing that time of morning, calling a stranger?

Concord Servicing in AZ, they handle timeshares and the like.  Probably a collection call on a late payment.  Unless they are collecting on something else.

They can start calling at 8 am, this is within hours unfortunately.

Received a call from these people identifying themselves as Concord Servicing. She claimed I had called her numerous times this afternoon and she was returning my call. I never called anyone for over a day and most certainly not her. Is this a new scam trick?

It's a time share collection service

left the following voice mail: This is a message for xxxx or xxxx xxxx. If you are not xxxx or xxxx xxxx please skip over this message hang up or disconnect the call. If you are please continue to listen to this message. There will be a three second pause. By continuing to listen to this message you acknowledge you are the person for whom this message is intended. This is Blackwell recovery and this is an attempt to collect a debt by a debt collector. Any information obtained will be used for that purpose. Please contact Jessie at 480-214-2553."

I just received the same message from this number. I google and its s scam apparently. I get call from this number almost every day.

I've started getting calls from this number.  All they say is "We are a company attempting to collect a debt.  Please call back at [this number]".  Fortunately for me, I just checked my credit report about two weeks back and I see nothing on there that isn't me.

Not sure if I should answer the call or not though.

This must be Concord Servicing as others have said, I do have an account with them and just checked and missed a payment.
