In chapter 7 and these people keep calling. Reporting to Federal Bankrupty Court!

It won't stop calling me!!!

Hi everyone. Well, I called the number.  I was tired of having them call me 4 times in a matter of 1 minute making my phone ring and ring.  No message ever left.  I was told by the stammering person who finally answered after 20 rings that the name of the company is a debt/finance collector named Halsted Financial, P.O. Box 828, Skokie, IL 60076. I asked for legal dept. number. He said the "main" number is 800-284-6066.  They call daily, and as soon as call goes to voice mail, they call right back.  I have no outstanding debt and was discharged from bankruptcy 5 years ago. I'll do more research, but I'm sure this is one of those aggressive collectors. Good day all!

They call my cell and waste my minutes looking for Regina Kelly....who ever she is.  Very annoying.  I have never been in debt and so it is doubly frustrating.

This Caller called at 10;27 am started talking the second I answered . he said that there will be someone at my house to serve me some papers. He also said  that I needed to show two forms of idenfication. At this point I HUNG UP. THE NUMBER SHOWED UP AS PRIVATE CALLER .why cant these call be stoped,
I AM SICK AND RECIVE AT LEASE 5-10 CALLS A DAY FROM DIFFERENT CALLERS . SOME OF THEM ARE VERY RUDE .

they call several times in a row. when i call them back they pretend they can't hear me.
