No message but missed call. So not know who it is.

I got the call, but I did not have any Rx to fill or be picked up.  It asked me if I was my stated name and I pressed "1" to affirm.  It asked me my date of birth and when I entered it, it told me there were no Rx's in the system.  What is this??? When I called back and entered a false date of birth, it told me my date of birth doesn't match what is in the system.  I don't understand why I was called and what is going on.

I dont even live in Arizona and this # called me to tell me i have a rx refill also! WTH?????

I have received 2 unwanted calls from (480)263-4100 for someone other than myself...a man named
Juan Rivera. The automated system claims that I have medication to pick up but I do not live anywhere near Arizona. I called back and pressed the number to be removed from the "reminder" call list to pick up medication but I still got an additional call.

It's a complete scam folks. It's not walgreens. If you have business at walgreens call them directly to attempt to verify. . They will tell you they can't verify the info that's being left in those rare times a message is actually left. Don't call any numbers that the message leaves,  don't press any buttons if you answer as that only confirms that the call has reached a personal number. Don't answer.

Actually, it is not a scam.  Walgreen's automated system is in the 480 area code.  Sometimes people in-put the numbers incorrectly in the system.  I get these calls every time my RX needs to be filled.

No message and was a blocked number so I don't answer them. If it is a legitimate business they should let people know.

Just received a call from this number today from Walgreens to refill my prescriptions.  It asks you to press 1 to confirm your identity and then to confirm your date of birth.  It then let me know that my prescription will be ready to pick up tomorrow.

I get calls from Walgreens' refill line, all have been legitimate refill reminders. Today, I missed a call (no message) and checked the number, Google took me here. The recording for refill reminders always gives my first name. "One refill due for ____. Is this ___?" When prompted, it will ask for my birthday, then come up with the correct med ready for refill and ask if I want it refilled.

Walgreens uses auto calls from various locations.

Not sure this helps, but at least on my end the calls have been legitimate.

480-263-4100 is definitely Walgreens call center in Arizona....they call about Rx  reminders

Yes this is actually walgreens calling about prescriptions. It is a reminder in case you have not called in a refill that you may have coming up.

Scam...  The people telling you it's not a scam are part of the scam...  Disgusting...

I kept getting calls from this number for a person who must have previously had my number, and several times hit the number indicating that this number was incorrect and was assured by that stupid recording that "we'll update our records." Finally decided to call back and because I could not get a number removed the number from future reminder notices by pressing 8. It's been over a year and I'm sick of these refill calls. Hopefully this will work!! (PHX AZ area)

It's a creditor, is what I'm thinking but don't know who, they dont leave a message, creditors are using auto dialers, they are illegal for them to use but hard to catch.

I have same situation  I call my local  Walgreens Pharmacy  and they told me not to give them any more information's  not even my date of birth . They assuming is scam .

This is Walgreen's Pharmacy.  It is a legitimate number, they call to remind about prescriptions in the pharmacy.  If you received this call and do not have any prescriptions, it's more than likely that they were given the wrong number by another customer, or they misread the number and called your number inadvertently.
