anyone know anything about this number . Something with computer problems !

This number has called a few times.  Each time they use scare tactics to gain access to your personal computer.   I ask to speak with a manager and each time they hang up.  I work in information systems and one of our goals is to prevent this kind of activity especially to people a little more unaware (elderly, computer challenged, etc).  

the person from this number is rather stupid.......around 3:30 they called and said it was microsoft I didn't fall for this, I was told if I didn't let them "fix" my computer they would block my computer from internet access, so I said thats fine.....2 hours later same number same guy calls saying they were from windows and needed to "fix" my computer I told them microsoft called just a couple hours ago and he said no no mam windows is different from microsoft and they would block me from windows server if I didn't let them fix my computer.......So anyone that gets a call from this number play around with them it's actually pretty fun........these people can't be that Stupid!!!!!  but looks like they are  lol
