    When I talked to this number they wanted to verify my date of birth for a insurance plan I had a work. I smelled fishy to me. and I told them I would not give out any personal information on a inbound call.

    they have since called 5 other times trying to gather the same information

    I called them and they confirmed that they are the WellAware program from Cigna. I spoke with a registered nurse to have my cell phone number removed from the WellAware program. The RN apologized profusely for the problems with their auto-dialer.

    I can figure out what going on with these people everytime they call I answer the phone and they hang up then they call back like 3 more time  either talk to me when I answer the phone or stop calling

    I have Cigna insurance also, but I will NOT give a detail like my date of birth out over the phone... are they mad?  I answered them on another number - it appears that they are trying to get their people to switch prescriptions to their mail order plan.  I have complained to my work HR number and I am considering doing so to the California State Insurance Commission.

    Yes this is Cigna WellAware Program... I forgot all about them... If you have Cigna Health Insurance and sign up with WellAware program then they will call once a month to give you guide about your health condition.

    THANK YOU!   This has been annoying me for about 6 weeks.  They call every morning around the same time, never leave a message.    I have Cigna, and their WellAware RN was going to call to talk.  I was wondering why they never called ;-).

    Of course, if they left a message this would be easier ... but now I know who it is and will answer it next time!

    It is from Cigna. I called back and got a really nice person who explained it was a supplementary nurse service through my (former) insurance, United Healthcare. I asked her to take me off the call list and after verifying some info, she took me off. They have called off and on for years. Try calling them back.

    Asked me who I was. Said she was a RN and was calling as part of a wellness program through my employer. Asked for my birthday to confirm who I was. Told her she had called me and to please put me on their do not call list. She said she would need my birthday to process the request.  Hung up.

    If it was legit, people with call procedures like that having my confidential info scares me.

    Every time I answer it disconnects, and if I just let it ring there's never a message.  Extremely annoying.

    Whoever it is calls Five or more times a week. One time they stayed on long enough to hear on theanswering machine that it was a computer dialed call, (started to leave a message then hung up). Please tell me how to make them stop.
