an message was left on my machine, it's was inaudible.

Received a recorded message stating, "your call may be recorded for training purposes".

Just got A call- Automated message claiming to be Sonora Quest Labs. Billing Office.

Like slurpee77, I would suspect this might be Sonora Quest, as my husband are both patients who've had tests done.....however, we checked our accounts online and had a zero balance, before this call arrived.  Cox (our cable and phone provider) has a new service, whereby a phone call comes in, it also appears on your TV screen.  Except for this call from Sonora (without the Quest).  This leads me to believe it may not be a legitimate caller, but rather a Phishing attempt over a voip or spoofer.  Sonora Quest does not do it's customers any favors either, good luck finding a phone number for them in an accessible place on their website.  To get a lab test done, but good luck finding their billing number to confirm or deny this number.

They claim to lower my credit card interest rate if I have a certain amount of credit card debt (which I don't). Scammers. They also call from: 865-292-0385. No voicemails are left from these numbers.

Northwest/ Sonora labs continues to make illegal robo-calls to random phone numbers. Even after being made aware of the fact that phone numbers can change to new phone customers, they will become argumentative, and try to get personal information. All robo-calls are now illegal as far as we are concerned, like it or not! but they are clearly violating FDCPA laws.

It's Sonora Quest Labs.  You probably forgot to pay for lab work.  It won't show up online because you need the invoice ascension number on the bill they sent you to see the invoice online(very stupid imo).  Check your mail and pay your bills. Phone number is straight off the mailed lab bill/invoice.

This call does claim to be from Sonora Quest Labs. An ascension is rapidly given during the message. Being a legit business you would think when they call they would speak directly  to you if you truly had an outstanding bill. If you have not received bills in the mail this is most definitely a phishing scam to gather your personal info. I don't know how they get away with this or how they even get your info in the first place unless its an inside scam, which I would not doubt because I don't trust ANYONE! Check with your insurance company if any recent lab work has not been processed or paid and have them remedy that immediately. I have paid all my co-pays and I have primary and secondary insurance, so to me, this is BS.

Wow. Some of you are paranoid, and some of you are just plain crazy! Yes, this is Sonora Quest. It is probably their billing department, but may also be scheduling, or results of a test your doctor did but then farmed out. If it is billing, get it cleared right away. Even if it is an erroneous bill, get it cleared up. They go to collections very quickly and it appears on your credit report even quicker. I hate talking on the phone, but you'll need to talk to them. They're not phishing or scammers. Get it taken care of one way or another.

I don't believe this to be a true number. I received, and paid, a bill from Sonora Quest the end of May. Now I have a new "bill" with this number listed. When I get on Sonora Quest's site, it states that the accession number does not exist. Not only does that give it away as a scam, but the "bill" is not on the usual Sonora Quest colored header paper. This is definitely not a legitimate number or bill.

It's NOT a scam. It is a bill from Sonora Quest lab. I called their billing number from their website, and they were able to find my outstanding balance by the accession number and DOB provided in the voicemail. Please just call the billing number from Sonora Quest lab official website to confirm if you have any outstanding balances to avoid debt collections.
