someone been calling a doz times a day an says nothing then try an call it backi says not a working number

This number called me, saying that I am looking for health insurance, and then the reception got so bad that I could not understand anything that this person was saying, so I hang up the phone, but they are always calling me now, and I am not looking for any type of insurance. I saved this number under the name do not pickup any more!!  because every time they call me is the same thing, so now I will  be able to know when they are calling me. I don't know what else to do?
