They just call & I get dead air. I don't know what they want

Have requested to be removed from their calling list numerous times and yet we continue to get calls.  The company is Ace Industrial Tool Sales and they are very RUDE!  Once you tell them you are not interested they will be nasty to you and hang up.  Why would anyone buy anything from a company with such rude sales people?  I have even called the number back several times to request to be removed from their calling list and they will hang up on me.

I got a call from 480-467-3654 also claiming ACE tool and they knew my name.Told me the boss wanted to liquidate some tools and I told him not interested.and they were very upset about not buying some them.

We are being harassed by people from this number, (480) 467-3654, claiming to be calling regarding our business and asking for me by my first name.  When I asked if he was a solicitor,  he laughed and said, "YOU GOT ME THERE!" and hung up on me.  I called the # back and reached another man with a northern accent, similar to the first guy that called.  I asked him what # I had reached and he hesitated the simply said, "Ace".  I asked him what they were selling and why they were calling and hanging up on me.  The man on the phone, who said his name was "Pete", said they were an Ace Hardware and the call must have come from an illegal immigrant wondering through their store and using their phone.  when I clarified that the caller was not an immigrant but instead had a northern accent he comically replied that the immigrants have been working on their accent to sound like they are from up north.  During this entire conversation I could hear other people chatting in the background and phones ringing.  These were not foreigners but definitely up to something.
