    This definitely has to be a SCAM. The call regards donations for the Florida Highway Patrol. But, (1) this is a SPOOFED NUMBER and (2) the caller ID and area code are Phoenix, Arizona. Don't believe anything you see in caller ID anymore. Scammers can put anything they want into the caller ID. Also, this is the 20th phone number that the solicitors for the "FL Highway Patrol" have used already.......this one makes the 5th SPOOFED number they have used. Don't answer the phone and don't call the number back.
