    12/17/16 morning caller who knew my first name, said she was with Veterans' Alliance checking on veterans.  She wanted to know my current mortgage rate and whether I had $25K equity as if to suggest re-fi opportunity for vets with Cash-Out option.  Call ended when she learned I am a new owner and with little equity currently.  Afterward, I think this was not likely a legit caller and I am on DO NOT CALL REGISTRY!
