Received a call from a bank that left a message on the answering machine asking for a specific person (866-357-9363). I called the number back later to tell them that the person they called for is not at this number and this has been our number for over 4 years. They said they would take the number off the calling list. A few hours later, I come home and there's a message on my machine from this number (480-586-3129). It was made to sound like a collect call asking for a 'David' (same request as last time), but it was obviously timed recordings meant to trick you.

This number calls CONSTANTLY! It comes up private caller. If you answer? No one speaks and
they never leave a voice mail.

This is Nationwide Credit.  They will call from 480-586-3129, 866-357-9363, 312-492-4949, 501-303-4130.  They will use an area code in your area hoping you will pick up.  They buy old or settled debts from Capital One.
