The 480-719-5030 phone number is the number of a debt collector that a lot of banks go to collect debts from their customers.  I had a charge (which I didn't make, it put tons of over draft changes on my account and put me in the negative - anyway I reported it, they gave me the money for the charge and they said the money for the overcharges - however, they didn't calculate the amount of overchrage reimbursement part correctly (it included a weeked the money was caluculated to a friday and wasn't put in until a monday) so by the time all the money they gave me back it should have put my account back to where it was when the charge to my account happened but it didn't and my bank kept charging me overdrafts, etc... closed my account and sent my accoun to collections.  Immediately when that happend this 480-719-5030 number started showing up on my caller id.  When none of this was my fault!!  By the way they are NOT very nice to deal with at all!!!  By the way my bank was Zions.    This debt collector is only used for things like if  your account is overdrawn, you close an account and more charges come through, etc.  It mainly deals with savings and checking accounts - not the loans.  (My sister works for Zions and has verified this also.)  Hope this helps.
