What we do on our cell phones is do not answer any numbers that are not in the address book, or that we do not know the number.  We then go online and look up the number.  If we find it is a legit number, we call back.  If it is a Junk/Spam number, we enter it in the cell phone as DO NOT ANSWER.  Then if they call back all we do is look at the phone seeing DO NOT ANSWER, and let it ring.  Since many of these type calls are computer dialed, they quit ringing very quickly.

There's no way I'm going to answer a phone call from Arizona while I don't live there. Sure enough, telemarketers, snake oil salespeople...

I got a call from this number i thought it was a prank call cause he said his name was Brian & he was a process server calling about my credit card. I thought it was my friend Brian prank calling me so I told him to shut up like 3 times when he was trying to talk to me lol. Then he said [***] your mother to me twice then hung up so my feeling is that it was some scammer cause i don't have a credit card or any dept & when i try to call back its busy.
