Caller has called repeatedly in the last 2 days and hangs up if answered. Also, hangs up after 2-3 rings when not answered. Have never talked to this number so it must be some computer generated phone call that is malfunctioning? Really annoying1

My number is on the do not call list. This number calls my cell phone 2 to 8 times a week.

My experience is the same as those above. This number calls several times and day and night, hangs up after 2 rings and if I call back I only get a busy signal. How can this be stopped?

Same as everyone else.  Get rich at home scheme!

I think this is a company that wait to you answer and then they hang up. then they
sell you number saying these people are home this hour. Best thing to do not answer.

I contacted Qwest - Centurylink regarding this number (in Pheonix Arizona).

It belongs to an advertising company, "Kisnet Advertising". Their main number is 480 894 5471.
The Qwest agent I spoke with, suggested that it could also be 'spoofing' which provides a false caller-ID tag.

After several days of these hangups, I actually had someone on the other end today. They were trying to sell some computer technical service before I interrupted them.
When I requested to be removed from their call list, his reply was, "You will be receiving calls from other companies, but I'll remove you from 'this' call list" and then he hung up on me.

Frustrating.
I'd suggest first contacting Kisnet's main company number: 480-894-5471
Failing any success there, I'd follow up with a complaint to Qwest in Pheonix (Kisnet's Carrier): 1-866-642-0444 regarding the issue.

Qwest corp. Tempe AZ. No clue to who they are.

I called this number and told them to take me off call list. My number is on national do not call list, to which I was given same reply. We will take you off but good luck cause others will call you, funny how this is the only company calling us. Hope this ends this because really annoying. Good luck to everyone else

For over the past two weeks this number 480-966-1385 calls up to four times a day rings twice and then dial tone. No one is on the line when answered. I called attorney general of Indiana and the Federal Trade Commission, but they could not do anything which I think is a crock. I'm on the national no call list as well but the FTC said it doesn't matter as they happen across our numbers nice huh?  I just hope the calls will stop. I can see the number calling so I don't pick up anymore. Very frustrating and I don't understand why all of us can't get this company to STOP this!! PLEASE STOP!!!!!!

People, I've said this before. Don't assume that, if you're on the government's DO NOT CALL list, these types of calls are going to stop!  They're not.  Telemarketers are always looking for ways to beat the system.  You have to do your homework and get a block caller service from your phone company.  If they don't have one, find a service that does.  It may be an extra fee on your phone service bill, but it's well worth the expense.

Didn't your parents teach you NOT TO SPEAK TO STRANGERS?  Telemarketers are "strangers" for adults so that rule still applies.  Don't answer them.  Don't call them back. Get on a Block Caller service with your phone company and add the telemarketer's number to your list.  If you're on the government's Block Caller list only, and you're still getting called (I pity you for that), file a complaint at the government's website. If they get enough complaints, they MAY do something about it eventually, but don't hold your breath.  Stop assuming the government's going to do everything for you.  You have to take some responsibility here.
