Fake - trying to steal personal info

did you get a call from this number 484-223-2835. they called me today and said it was a law firm about a payday loan

I received a call from 484-223-2835 a couple of seconds ago from this number stating that they are with the State of Pennsylvania Law Firm and that I have three accounts of fraud on my account and that I am being sued. The lady that I was transferred to was rude as hell stating that I wrote a check and it did not clear. I dont even own any checks to being with so how did I write a check if I dont own any? Secondly she stated that I have to show up in court on Friday and I asked why wasnt I notified of this earlier from a sheriff in my state and county to serve me the proper papers to attend my court date. She stated that I was trying to get away with fraud and I stated to her that it is very hard to try to get away with something you dont know [***] about. She hung up the phone on me and told me to go to coourt on Friday and see for myself. We have serveral court houses in my city and I still dont know which one to go to. lol

These people have nothing better to do with their time and all this was concerning some payday loan I know nothing about. WTF!

I just had that same call they threatened to take me out of work to go to court.They have been calling me non stop on my phone and my job

I have been getting calls from him all day; same scenario; reading me the "affidavit" over the phone. When I asked how much they allegedly deposited into my account he said he did not have that information but I should send them $680 or there will be a sheriff at my door in the morning. I called his bluff, told him I know he is a scammer, I am not stupid, I never received any payday loans and hung up on him.
He has called back three times since, and when I call his number I only get a busy signal.

Omg this guy with a funny accent keeps calling my phone and saying i'm being sued by usa cash loans and i been making my monthly payments and i just paid my loan off today and i never got a loan thru usa cah loans i deal with somebody different. So i called my lawyer and he said they are scammers and told me to google this number and see for myself. Wow i never dealt with people like this harrassing people like this.

i just recieved the same call threating me jail tim and that i could bearly understand him only got his name and  get my lawyer involved i was like omg what  is this  and  freaked out had a panic attack and  didnt kno what to do i am a mother and i was horrified and freaking out until i saw this site this is not something you do to aa parent dealing with her ow family emergancys this is a lame unfunny thing that they are doing i called the number back and all i got was this mailbox is too ful dame couldnt they get the scame better jesus really never even barrowed money or wrote a check this is [***] and cruel i am worried anout my 7 yr old w a tumor and  and this was stressing me out but now i know its a scam i just dont care thank god for these sites to inform us
