This company RMS Recovery Services is a separate company from D&B although was once part of D&B it was bought out back in 2001.

I used my spoof app on my phone and called back and they wouldn't tell me why they called or what they wanted or if they even called me they were very angry and hung up when I told them the phone call was being recorded

Phishing scam.  Said they were collecting a debt that I already paid.  Person was very angry.

It seems to be a landline out of RMS offices in Pennsylvania, probably Bethlehem.  All I get is the number on my caller ID. They don't discuss my "account" other than to demand payment.  Won't say what for, but they want a payment.  I told them I'd put them on hold and get back to them.  By "hold" I mean "hang up and walk away," though.
