what company is this

This number called me twice no one there when I pick up, i call back and the number is always busy.

same as above! called but no one responded to my answer.

This number has been calling.  This time I was here to pick it up.  I gamely said, "hello?" and after a LONG pause some mush-mouth mumbler sounded as if he was trying his pitch but couldn't quite make it past the first few words.  "Uh, Isff goosh bluuos vuss?" id about what I heard.  No fun.  I just hung up.

This number has called my phone at least four times and no one answers when you call it back they do not leave a message either. this is ridiculous!!!

This number calls me at least twice a day, every day. When I answer no one is on the phone.

This number started calling me yesterday, No message. It just says that is from PA, USA- I live in Kansas City, KS

Keep calling have no ideal who this is

This number calls me 2-3 times a day and doesn't leave a message.  Annoying!

this number came from PA but on my phone chart it show 011+484 725 6164 ,when i try to block it ,it say that number cannot be block.

Insurance care center was what they told me

The number is from "insurance care center" that's what they told me.

I've been getting calls from this number all day and finally picked up only to have a recording tell me that it was a radio station and I win a free cruise. I stayed on the phone without saying anything to just hear it and it started asking questions before I hung up.  By the looks of these comments, they're advertising different companies. Whatever this is, is a scam and I hope that no one falls for this.

They have called me 7 freaking times in 2 days, when I ask if they are a telemarketer they say "yes" so I guess honesty is there...I have asked them to stop but it just keeps going. Its driving me nuts!

I called it back and apparently I "won" a cruise

This number keeps calling me like at least 2 times everyday. nobody says anything when i pick up. Its become very irritating how do i make it stop?

I've been getting calls from this number, also. I was told it was about an insurance quote I'd requested. I'd done no such thing. I told them that, and asked not to be contacted again. But, I just received yet ANOTHER call from this "company". Extremely annoying.

This number calls me,& a north Carolina number too. No one is there,thentire when I call back it's busy. I'm on,or at least I thought I was on the do not call list. I did that about 8 months ago. Don't know why I'm getting these calls.

Thry called upon answering there was no response I hung up.  Put any future calls directly to Voive Mail.  There has been 1 call since.

This [***] number keeps calling, they hang up or dont speak. I will find out who you Pennsylvania [***] are.
