Doesn't say who they are

some dude named William North keeps calling me from that number and will not leave any more information. Maybe he doesn't realize that unless he tells me who he is and what he wants, I will not be picking up the phone.

William North is someone you definitely need to talk to! I thought the same thing until he called me at work. He deals with student loans and getting them consolidated. Not only did he get mine off the default list, he consolidated them through a program Pres. Obama approved with an interest rate of about 4.5% and my payments will be under $200 month. He is very helpful/nice and even told me where to go to consolidate credit cards. For years, I struggled because the banks wouldn't approve anything because my school loans were not through them. If you need help, call him, he's there to help. He's not a creditor and he's not looking to collect anything. The first thing he will tell you is "you're not alone". His daughter even took advantage of this program.

"Jen" is obviously William North in disguise.  Hi "JEN"!  HE MOST CERTAINLY IS LOOKING TO COLLECT!!!  He is a collection agency.  He may start off nice, but he's not.  He will call you at work - anywhere.  He jacked up my debt 30% more as his collection fee.  If you ignore these people long enough they will go away.  Although it might be worthwhile to try to work something out with the actual debtor once they get your account back from him.
