I get the message from the number  491606473415 and said  "YOU CELL NUMBER HAS WON 530,000.00 POUNDS FROM APPLE iPHONE-UK PROMO. FOR CLAIMS SEND YOUR DETAILS TO OUR EMAIL : iphoneconnect@hotmail.co.uk." Is this scam message get from unauthorized user.

It is a combination of advance-fee fraud, identity theft and malware downloads to your cellphone. Delete the SMS, do not reply to it because that is how the malware is installed. The scammer can use it to hijack your phone or steal information from you and everyone on your contact list. This will enable him to clean out the bank account and steal the identity of everyone who replies to his message.
