They call constantly, but do not leave a message. It is an annoyance.

I'm tired of the calls. I don't know who or what they want. I want the calls to stop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have recently started to get phone calls from this number and getting the same thing they don't leave a message either.

This number called and when I answered saying "Hello" they simply said "Goodbye". Who is this person?

Caller ID said Business Office.  I have no idea.  Do these scumbags get numbers off the national do not call list?  We hardly got these calls until we put our number on the national do not call list, now we get calls everyday from several different scammer scum.

Calls and does not leave messages. Look up on reverse call and found this is a collection agency in AK. Placed my phone on Do Not Call Registry. How did they gt this number?

To let you know I've dealt with these people direct... They are called First Collection Services out of Arkansas. The way I met them is unbelievable but here it is....   My telephone company "Windstream" Yes Windstream had turned over a large sum of money I owed on my account to collections so that they could keep me as a customer and continue billing me monthly..  (long story with my daughter running up the phone bill and me paying high bill monthly etc...)   Any how I was proactive and Windstream gave me the phone number to the collections company...  FCS..   1.800.844.2036  They only answer Business office.. This is the start, they are very rude and not helpful. I went toe to toe trying to get the correct amount owed and they couldn't even work with Windstream they said to get the right amount???

Took me the better half of a day to finally get the bill resolved and to a point where I was happy and then I finally paid a settlement and Windstream sent me a final payoff bill and I quickly canceled their service after being a valid customer for over 15 yrs...

They are not pleasant to work with, not friendly, and most likely got all your info from your phone company who cannot take your unpaid balances to collections but will send them out for other to do and continue to keep you as a customer and smile at your face and bill you while there henchmen/women harass the hell outta you...

Check if you owed any type of payments to your phone company or the number your using and this may be why your getting the calls.. They don't tell you they just do it..

P.s. I also got info from these people that I also owed a bill from my phone company sent to them from 1995...  Yea? That's what I said how crazy...  

Now the funny part is I'm only here because I just started getting calls again from these people once again.  This time I'm not going to take it lightly I'm going to go full bore and report them to all the places available to me...

It's a collection agency out of Arkansas!  I just got a new telephone number and who ever had this number before me must owe the WORLD!!!

Thank you so much for the info! I tried dealing with them (via a different number) first. I own a biz that has turned over several times in the last several years, but was owned by corporations so the bill was the corps. I tried to explain it to them and they at first were confused and thanked me for my help. Then they started calling again, different person, with no idea what I was talking about and didn't care. This company called me and tried to collect a bill from Windstream that they said I owed in 1972.  I was not even a teenager then.  We called the police and they contacted this agency and the police were told that they would never try to collect on a bill that was over forty years old.  Apparently both Windstream and this agency are crooked and the police said to not even call them back.  Unfortunately we are on the do not call list and the calls still keep coming.  I just let them transfer to my computer.  But the police say do not engage with them.  If they call you, tell them you are contacting the police and hang up.

This number has been calling me for weeks.  When I called back, I got no ringtone, busy tone, nothing.
Just dead air space.  When they call again today, I will tell them I am calling the police.

My son in law got a call from this number and they told him they were nit uthorized to talk to a 3rd party. I am hard of hearing and cannot talk on the phone very well. If this is indeed Windstream using a collection agency to collect, they are authorized to talk to him or my daughter. Windstream has the authorization.

I've been getting calls from 501-320-2460 and 501-320-2461 trying to verify information they have on me and requesting more information!!!  THIS IS A SCAM!!!  DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION!!!!  THEY WILL STEAL YOUR IDENTITY!!!!

They call my number 10-15 times a day. They wont tell me who they are and the messages they leave on the phone are nevr complete.

These people continue to call me in reference to my parents. I have no time of day to talk to these people nor do i want to. I work 40 hours a week, go to school full-time, and have a seven week old baby. I'm strongly annoyed and pissed off at this. Thank you for the info on who it is!!

Recieved endless, countless calls from 501 320 2461, all hours of the night and day. I caught the ringing phone and asked them why they keep harrassing me and they were seeking a lady named Brenda who had my old Cricket cell phone number. I gave them an a* chewing on how to collect money from someone and how Cricket has disposable cell phone numbers. IDIOTS. but YES, they ARE First Collection Services from ARKANSAS...

I got a call this morning from 501-320-2461 and they asked for me by my maiden name which I haven't used in 16 years. I pretended I was looking for "her" and searched the number real quick and found this. So glad I did. I asked the lady what the number was to contact her back and she left me 800-754-1913 and said FCS. So I asked what the FCS stood for and she said that was the name of the company and that was all the information that she could give me. I just said I will pass the information on. That number has been saved with the 100 other DO NOT ANSWER numbers in my phone, because if it's been 16 years, the likelihood of it affecting me are slim to none. I have had this same number for 13 years so it is somewhere between 13-16 years old.

They call several times a day/night.  I never answer numbers I don't know on my cell phone. I figure they'll leave a message if they know me.  Never once have they left a message, just call back in a couple hours.   If this is indeed about windstream (which I canceled 3 months ago) it's rather annoying that they got my cell phone number!

Twice a day, everyday!  Would love to be able to reach through the phone and strangle them.
