Informed me that I will have a case for Fraud. Talked to Tiffany after calling and wanting a return address for information to be sent to them. She refused to give me information. Don't return call it is a scam call. called me from another number on Monday 440-658-3240.

I am getting the same call at my office on a former employee saying there are fraudulent charges but it is totally automated and gives me a number to call back and when I call it no one answers....

Call everyday but by a different phone # they also give me different case # and phone # to call back  they must think we r stupid  get a real job people and get a life

I have received multiple calls from 5014909397 stating that I have fraudulent charges and I better call them back or they will file charges....what the?  You call the number back and you get no answer....Really?

My daughter and I have both gotten the same call, this one from Little Rock Arkansas.  Says there is fraudulent activity attached to her name and social security number.  Gives a case number and a phone number to call.  Looks like phishing activity to get SSN and attach it to your name and phone number.

Get a call every day just like the others whose comments I read.  I wonder why things like this cannot be stopped.  I just pray that others are not reeled into this fraud.

Scam scam scam - phished for personal information. Said I would call back to make payment after verifying debt and no answer. Apparently their mailbox is full... Just wish there was a way to make this stop!

Just got call picked up as they are leaving me message saying stuff but tried to talk to them it's automated. After reading these comments not calling back. It's also from little rock Arkansas.

I've been receiving these calls for over a month... Same as everyone else.

I received the same call from an automated system, stating they were from the Processing Summons Department telling me that I had 2 fraudulent cases against my name and ssn. Gave a case number and a phone number to call the legal department. When I called I got a Kenneth Brown telling me I owed money for a payday loan I do not recall not paying. When asked to speak to his Supervisor he was reluctant to get her on the phone, when I pushed the issue and she finally came on, Her name was Tiffany Johnson, and she was very rude and did not want to give me any info. regarding the business that I supposedly owed money. She got very agitated and refuse to give me her address or the business address. Said that I already received correspondence from them, that I have not gotten. She kept saying this is my responsibilty, and when I press for something in writting to know that this was a legitimate claim....SHE HUNG UP..... Do not give into these people, their just trying to get your hard earned money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Total scam. Someone from 5014909397  calling daily and from different numbers. States fraudulent activity tied to my name and SS number. Different case numbers left. Tried to call back and mailbox full. Sounds like they are fraudulent!

Yes I have been getting these fraudulent activity claims calls since last year (2014). There are so many different numbers they use to call you from and none of them are legit. It's ashame that people will try to use any scheme for their personal gain.  Let's just all pray that they get what's due to them real soon.  I am a victim of identity theft because of people like this. Where is this summons processing department with all these claims????

I continue to get these calls saying i have fraud charges. Please stop calling!!

Party repeatedly left recorded messages stating that 2 fraudulent charges were made against my social security number and papers were going to be served at my home or place of work.  Was informed that once papers were filled I would lose my rights.  I repeatedly called the number to the callers supposed "legal department" and got an answering machine with a full mailbox and couldn't leave a message. Finally after about a week I got through.  The person I spoke to would NOT identify the company she worked for nor would she tell me who she was.  Evidently her company buys old  written off debts and they tries to coerce the person into paying.  When informed that the debt in question was written off 15 years ago and that it's illegal to leave personal messages concerning debt on an answering machine as well as the fact that it's also illegal to pretend that a debtor is taking legal action, the caller got abusive and hung up on me. I'm STILL getting the same recorded calls every other day or so and each time from a different area code and phone number.

I called the FBI cybercrime hotline and reported them to the FTC, I am not playing around.
