This is a collection agency that I think represents Hot Springs Radiology. They read X-rays and MRI at very high fees and even if you have insurance that pays, they go after you fast for the deductible, even if it is like 5 bucks they will file with the credit agencies....

They are the most greedy of all medical providers.. and will ruin your credit in a second.... if your credit is good you better pay them what they want or when you go to buy a house or anything you will have to pay them plus lots of fees...

They really are greedy for every penny

This is actually a collection agency representing Heritage Physician Group in Hot Springs, AR. My doctor was one of the doctors practicing within this group and turned me over to collections for not being able to make a full account payment. I had been making small payments once or twice a month, but I guess that wasn't good enough for those greedy people. Keep in mind this was a bill for services that i didn't even NEED to begin with, but had no idea insurance would reject the services. And, the Doctor never told me there was a chance of non-coverage. Needless to see, even when I get this paid, I will NEVER go back to this company again.

Jackie Jones called me from this number representing Heritage and wanted me to pay $500 after fees for a $50 owed debt. I owed them for a root canal after having several surgeries and aparently my final root canal was not totally covered.
