Got a call a couple of hours ago, the caller ID said "Winner".

We have two home phones and the caller called on both numbers the same day, but didn't leave a message on either phone.  And both phone numbers are on the "do not call" list which appears to mean absolutely nothing to the telemarketing companies.

I did not find that Stock Yards Bank, Louisville,KY had 233 exchange for any of the offices.

Based on what ?

Started out as a robocall describing the dangers of seniors not having a medical alert system, mentioning the American Heart Association and others.  Then was asked to press "1" to talk to a representative.  I told them that I was on the "Do Not Call List" and they said, "Thank you, sir" and hung up.  BTW, I'm not a senior or even close to being one.  This was a telemarketer and definitely not Stock Yards Bank.

The recorded message told me that it was concerning the American Heart Association, too, and that if I am a senior, I should listen closely.  I "could get a medical alert system, free of charge..."
  I wanted to talk to someone so I could tell them I'm on the Do Not Call list, but it just went to silence, and no one came on, then it disconnected.
