they call me 3 times on the row, but did not leave any message.  I don't know anyone out of TX

I just received 2 calls in a row but was on another line, I always check numbers I don't recognize and I got to this site.   Didn't leave a message, but I thought I remembered them calling before in the past.

call was a survey on health insurance, it is a good call.

I keep getting phone calls from this number, but never a person.  It has been harrassing me for several months on my cell phone, making calls, but no one there.  Who is it?

They were calling for a survey ( that I agreed to take) from HUMANA INSURANCE...

Phn# 502-301-5004 is a TELEMARKETER CALLED "ETC" trying to sell a type of Health Ins like Medicaid BUT it's NOT Insurance!  Asked for lots of Personal Information AND Social Security# to "check" if u qualify. They DON'T PAY FUTURE MEDICAL BILLS! SCAM!

This number has called at least 3-4 times today, when I answer, no one apparently is there.

I agreed to do a survey for Humana Health Care. I see someone else has had a call from them with this number. When I answer..there is no one there. Not going to answer any more

This is a SURVEY from Humana medical insurance. They ask you for permission before they call - during a phone call you had with them (checking Plans and/ or Coverage). Totally aboveboard, but wish Caller ID would have identified Humana as caller!

This number is from Humana Health. It was an automated call fot a survey about my experience eith their customer service department.

Don't want them to contact me again

This is the number for a telephone survey regarding a call I made to Humana Health Insurance.  I had agreed at the beginning of my call to Humana to take the survey.  I was still on the phone with RightSource, Humana's mail order pharmacy when the first two calls came in but had closed the call when they called a third time and I completed the survey.

It's from Humana. If you select to take a survey during a call, they will call you back. It is not long only 7 questions.

Very annoying. Calls and calls and calls and when I tried to answer, it always hangs up but when I called back it always rings busy.
