telemarketer, asked for someone and I replied that they were not here can i take a message.  he hung up

This number has been calling my elderly parents once a day for several days.  My mother finally answered today,they asked for my dad.  when she said he was asleep, they hung up.

I have caller ID, and have a policy of not answering the phone if I don't recognize the number.  This number has a West Point Kentucky location, and has called every half hour this Saturday.  I am also going to call block on this number.
