    Called. Asked if they were speaking with <called me by name>. Asked me to verify last 4 of my social before they would speak with me. I said I don't give out information without knowing who I am speaking with. They would not tell me who they were. Hung up.

    Followed up. Is SouthWest Credit. Collection Agency. In this case they were collecting for Time Warner Cable. Trying to collect on a cable modem they say I owe for (Technician took it with him and never turned it in I guess?  ) .
