they call and hang  up

We had 4 calls from 5024736107 over the past 3 days.  Today I finally took the call.  The caller spoke my name, I said yes, then he hung up.  Odd.

Second call in two hours.
This time, nobody spoke at the other end.
Must be some guy wanting to deliberately harass us, since we asked earlier (only YESTERDAY) to stop their calls.
Does anyone know of a good way to end this crap?  Report them for harassment?  This should be illegal.

Called at 8:13 pm and left no message. Most likely another telemarketer calling on behalf of a charity that ends up with between 10 and 20% of the donation. I have received about 100 calls this month from about 40 or so different numbers and telemarketers for charities. I block the calls as they come in and put the month in so  I can track how often they call. I never donate by phone and am so sick of the harassment that I started a list of charities that hire these jerks . I will never donate one penny to any charity that uses telemarketers. I also will not donate to charities that pay CEO's half a million dollars a year!

I've been getting a call from this number (502) 473-6107 everyday at 4:05pm everyday for the last 3 weeks, nothing is ever said, & the caller hangs up every time! I have caller ID & when I call the number back, it doesn't ring, just goes straight into a voice-mail system.

I'm ready to open a can of whooooooop a**on the person calling from that number

My mother has been getting these Phone calls Just like everyone has mentioned.  Strange And odd.  i dont have a good feeling abt it, like there targeting.seniors!

I get calls from this number at least twice a day-very annoying.I have listed my numbers on the national do not call list but still are getting them.Never a message left and when i do answer,there's noone at the other end,.

This # has been coming up on my caller ID several times a day for the past several months. today I called the # back and verizon said it was no longer a valid #. strange.

My guess is it's some sort of robo-call. Probably dials multiple numbers and only takes the first one that answers leaving everyone else hanging...  

Just get an answering machine when I called it back.

I actually spoke with a person from that number and he was very rude and abrupt as he was asking for my husband and then asked if I were the decision maker in the household.  I told him yes because my husband had just passed away.  Then he said well, I guess I can talk to you amd he was asking for help for VA Care Paks and Public Safety.   I told him that my husband was a veteran, had been in VA hospital and never got a Care Pak.   He asked If he asked for one and of course not.  I went on to tell him that I chose not to contribute to phone call solicitors.   He then said, if I had your attitude I would not even answer the phone.    It seems that none of us should have to take that type of harrassment.  Seems that he said his name was David Michael....not sure.

I continue to get calls from this number, asking for donations from the Breast Cancer Survivors Foundation.  My number is unlisted, they know me by name and have my house address and not my mailing address.  I last contributed on 4/12/13, yet they don't seem to have that in their records.  They have called me 4x in the last day and I am unable to get them to stop.  On the last call, when I asked for the supervisor's name, he hung up.

I get 2 or 3 calls from this number a day. Usually a dead line. Last time a human was there and knew my name... Breast Cancer survivor's foundation. I politely told them "the only way to stop these solicitations is to ignore them, and that will be our task for the future. Goiod by and havea nice day"

I receive 4 or 5 calls a day from this number. Today I answered the call from a man named Robert. He was from a Breast Cancer Charity. He hung up on me when I said that I could not afford to give.

These jerks are a complete SCAM.  They have called here three times today!  I have reported them to the DoNotCall at least 5 times.

Receive calls every day sometimes twice a day. Have asked them to quit calling to no effect. We quit answering it but it is still annoying. How do you get them stop calling?

I've received at least one call a day from this number for the past two weeks. usually takes a few seconds for an operator to pick up, or the dialer just hangs up. When someone talks, they say Breast Cancer Survivor network. I have told them multiple times to put me on their do not call list, obviously to no avail.

called today.  want money for vets. some bunch based in ky.  amazing they want to help vets.  they only want to change your money to theirs.

Can you add the number to a blocked list?
