they just called me also talking about a court case and restraining order. ive never even been to Kentucky and when i called i was just put on hold and no one ever answered

i just a call alledging i owe a payday loan from 2009.that there are all kind of legal restraints against me but they couldnt provide qwho the company was...what is this?

I got a MESSAGE left on my answering machine on 4/17/2012 from Sarah Brown, special investorgator for someone named: Joanna. I have NO idea who she is. Even though my message clearly states my last name. This lady still left a message for the wrong person and even included a reference #. If this is NOT a SCAM, then someone needs to inform this agency that threating someone over the phone is a federal offense.The number she left was 502-526-4380 and its in Kentucky.

I got the same message left for another person yesterday from the same number. I think its a scam.

I got the same call today and they want me to pay for a loan i have no idea about from 2009, saying i owe $900. And would settle for $400. Who are this people.

I just got another call, this person her number is Angela saying that my social is being sued. This has been the 5th person {with a different name and number} that have called me regarding this matter. They have called my friend, daughter, boss and Lord knows whoever else. They told me to give the information to the my lawyer {which I did} and call this number and they will identify me from the case number. This sounds like a scam to me because why do I have to call this number and give them the case number to be identified.

I just got a call from this number and it sounded like others have reported...almost as if they were reading from a script, right down to the threats made and other requirements that they laid out in the message.  One of the people named in another place that I read was the same name ("Erica") left on my cell phone.  Very few people have my cell phone number, and this call came up as "unavailable" but the message, left by "Erica" left this number.  I do know that a few PayDay Loan places had this number as a requirement to get the loan, but that was back in 2008/2009.  In 2010 I filed a chapter 7 bankruptcy and ALL of my loans were discharged.  I have not taken out any loans of any kind since that time.  I should not be getting any calls of this sort.

I just received a call from this phone number at my place of business.  Her name is Debbie and she is investigating a complaint against me.  She stated that I have 24-48 hours for either myself or my attorney to contact them or I will have a restraining order placed against me.  THIS IS UNCALLED FOR.  These people need to be stopped!

I just got a call from this number saying i am being investigated when i called back they could not tell me from who or what i am being investigated this company really need to review the law everyone has the right to know who there accusers are and I have never been to the state of Kentucky so

I just recieved a call from this number claiming I had a court action against me that involved a restraining order.  If this were true, I would have had a sheriff knocking on my door.  This is harassment and seems illegal.

I received a message from an unknown number instructing me to call this number because I had a pending legal matter. The call said they were "special investigator" Kathy Thompson and I had a pending legal matter that I would have to show up to court for. It instructed me to get a lawyer. When I called the number, and gave them the "Affidavit Number" and the last four of my phone number, they asked for someone else. They said that they would remove my name from there call list.

This place answered the phone as Central Legal Services. These same bozos called my friend a couple months back and left an identical message as mine on his voicemail, when he called the number they stated that he owed $1200 in costs and fees for not paying for magazine subscriptions. (What the hell kind of company would give you magazines without you paying first?) They told hime that they were going to serve him and that he had to show up for court. They offered to settle with him for $300 if he sent them a cert check. They said it was from 2003, he was 17 at the time.

This is a TOTAL SCAM!!!! Do NOT PAY ANY MONEY!!!

My father received a phone from someone stating their name was "ERICA" they didnt leave a detailed msg or anything but just stated that she has a pending legal order against me.I called any was on hold for 15 minutes.....I just hung up. I figured if they wanted me the sheriff would be knocking at my door. I had a call like this about two years ago and that was a scam. These people really need to be STOPPED!!

I just got the same call from a special agent Monica Davis an when I called I was on hold for 15 so I hung up who ever it is need to stop

They keep calling me too wish I could call and get the mess stopped!!!!! There is no answer machine for u to leave a message and I am not the person they are looking for!!! BBB here I come

i just got this same message today. my call was from a guy whos name was John Say or something like that. Didn't say who he was calling for, no mr. or Mrs so and so, but said that we have a complaint that was filed and left the complaint/case number. He said we were a respondent to a court action and that we would have a restraining order against us/me if we didn't contact our attorney within 24-48 hours.

so being the person I am, instead of calling them back I wanted to see who the heck they were and i looked the phone number up and found you all. so glad I did because at least now I don't have to worry who the heck is after me and for what...

I received the same call left on my answering machine. They didn't leave a name as to who they were calling. She said she was a special investgator named Ryne. I have no ideal what she was talking about so I looked up this number and found other people having the same problem. She talked about a restraining order. Please a restraining order I thought that was for doing something to someone else like hurting a person. I really think this is a SCAM. Who do you contact about this issue so they will stop calling me.

Got a call from 502-526-4380 on my cell at 1:40 PM TODAY! 05-21-2012, voice mail said i was getting a restraining oder and that my lawer needed to be involved, tried calling them back, spent a HOUR on hold before i hung up, i have more patience than most ppl i guess, just put my cell on speaker and waited lol, anyway, seems like a scam to me due to this web site

I just checked my voicemail and I recieved a call from some lady named "Kimberly Gray" who is supposedly some investigator.  She talked so fast on the message that I had to replay it 5 times just to catch everything that she was saying.  So the message goes on to say that I have a case and a restraint against me and to forward this info to my attorney and call back in 24-48 hours.  Just for kicks, I decided to call back and of course, as I suspected, I'm on hold forever and no one ever comes to the phone.  I'm going to go ahead and file a case with the FTC.  This is so stupid.  I hope no one actually falls for this scam.

I just got one of these calls too..they used my maiden name and couldn't even say it correctly stating I had a legal case against me and a restraining order.. really???  I think the sheriff would be doing that.. I dont even know how they got this number..
