who is this i called back and it was just a busy signal

just got a call a few minutes ago.

Got a call on my cellphone phone just now. Picked up, no one was there, and call disconnected.

Also got a call just a bit ago, tried to call back and it sounded like a disconnected number.

It's the return of the phony cruise-for-a-survey scam. Just hung up on a call on my cell phone. (6:55PM MDT)

i just got a call  on my cell  someone is selling our numbers.  Idiots!

Got a message from that same # ....I disregard it, they left no message...3X already this same number called....it's just freaking annoying...

For the second time I got a phone call from 503-260-4864.  There was music playing and someone talking over it.  I want to report the call and somehow stop them from calling again.  Thank you.

They just called my cell phone.  I called back and it is just a busy signal.  I have been getting this annoying boat horn call periodically every few weeks.
