I received a call from this number @ 7:30pm Eastern Time on 3-24-08.  Caller ID said Bernett Rsch
I don't answer calls from numbers unknown to me.
When answering machine came on, whoever it was hung up
I googled it and found this site.
If they call again, I'll add more...

I had this call on my phone, too.  I believe it's a customer service rep company from DeVry University (distance education college www.devry.com).  It appeared as unknown with only the number but, they were scheduled to call me at 7:00pm CST (actually called at 6:15CST - I'm guessing a mix-up in their schedule).  If they call back today I will post for sure that it was them.

I received two calls from this number today; no message left. Caller ID said same thing, Bernett Rsch.

I received a call from this number today also and same thing..when answering machine picked up, they hung up.

Screened this call tonight, no message left, no call back.

They are of telephone search company.  They do marketing research over the phone.

Received two calls within 20 minutes from this number. My son answered it while I was out and they wanted me to call them back to do some kind of survey.

I'm not interested in helping them.

Got a call just now at 910pm EST.  I wish I had answered and yelled at them for calling after 9pm unwanted.  Next time I am sure I'll get them.

kanter ops 630-505-3008 also heard they were a research company.  I am on national DNC list.

I have received 3 calls from this number in a 2 hr. period.  I didn't answer it because I don't take calls from unkown numbers.

This number is for the Bernett Research Group (a marketing research company). Marketing research is not included in the DNC because they don't sell anything (although their calls are just as bothersome if you ask me). I continue to get calls from this number. They have called twice a day, everyday this week. I don't answer it. However, it is getting on my nerves now, I wish they would stop!

my wife answered it and the person ask for me by name i wasn't here i called it back and it said bernnette research mail box is full. i;m calling my state attourney general's office and and raising a little sand

This evening April 17, 2008 around 6PM I received a phone call from 503-345-4282.  She said her name was Miss Taylor who said she was a "telemarketer" from Synovate, she said she was doing a grocery survey and said that if I answered all her questions she's send me $5 (clearly she wanted my address, and from cashing their check they would have gotten my checking account number and bank).  I asked her for her supervisor. Both sounded black to me. The supervisor Crystal got on the phone to tell me that it doesn't matter to them if I'm on my county's or the national "do not call list" which I'm on both because they are merely doing surveys and their company is a "marketing company" and was allowed to call us on surveys even if we are on the "do not call list" and said she'd already checked that out.  I told her I'd turn her over to our Attorney General since they were NOT allowed to call us (told her only certain charitable organizations approved by our state and the police are allowed to call us).  She told me I was wrong.  I asked for their address which she gave as 1800 Garrett Way, Poocatelo, Idaho 83201.  She was ready to hang up and I said "hey, remove my name from your list".  Finally she responded that she would.

I too received a call from R Bernett, of course they hung up when the machine picked up.

got a call from this company concerning legal issues in the area.  They wanted to speak to the youngest male, wanted to know my age, wanted to know how much I make and what the household income was.  I told them that I do not do unsolicited surveys over the phone.  The way the call was handled by the interviewer seemed so suspicious to me.  In computer-eze it's called social engineering using phishing techniques. My advice to all - do not give out any information to those you do not know or trust.
